Kaufland is my first choice if you have unusual concerns. The availability of parking spaces due to the adjacent parking garage and connection is exemplary. The “given” route through the store makes sense and you have a good overview despite the size. In addition, there are many tills available and long waiting times are therefore not an issue.

At the high Corona time, the store was a nightmare. You were afraid to get something because people were so rushed. The shop can't do anything about it, but they could have adhered to the guidelines such as only XY person per m2 then something like this might not have happened. Generally the Kaufland is very good, you can find almost everything and also very inexpensive. I give the two star deduction for the most disgusting bakery in Donauwörth. Although there are a lot of notice signs, gripping tongs and gloves are ready to take out the baked goods, almost all customers reach for the baked goods with their bare hands. Worst of all are those who then also do a "freshness test" and then like to throw the rolls or pretzels that have not looked and tested according to their ideas back on the shelf.
